Sooooo here's the thing.....after ordering 3xs I finally got it right. Truthfully I do not know how to advise anyone on how to get the proper size as we're all shaped so differently. Yes they run very small. But I've read other reviews that suggest ordering your actually size so I did that.....nope didn't work. Started with an XS based on my measurements 5'0 143lb 28/29 waist, 38/39 hips, recent lipo. Ended with a Med. Let's just say lawd I am surely a stuffed sausage.....lol. But hey, the Dr says it needs to be tight. I mean I'm not in need of a breathing machine or the likes thereof. But yes lawd it is tight. However I gotta say after about 3/4 days of constant wear, it's not so bad. Guess breaking it in is a must...lol. Now let's talk about getting this puppy on. Difficult, but possible. Lots of pulling, tugging, heavy breathing, sweating....a full work out. So if you ain't doing, or can't do any of that you probably won't get into it, or u just might need a team to assist you. I managed alone. Pushed right through all that damn pain. And today, I'm glad I did. The quality is really good too. Basically don't get discouraged if you have to order more than once due to sizing....personally I think this suit is worth it.
